KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Isaiah Stevens finds himself on the NABC's All-District team for the third time in his career. The Allen, Texas native is once again on the second team.
This honor goes alongside being named to the All-Mountain West's first team last week.
The senior guard finished his 2022-23 season averaging 17.9 points, 6.7 assists and 3.4 rebounds per game for the Rams. These impressive numbers came after he missed the first eight games of the season due to a broken foot. His assists average ranks fourth in the NCAA, ranking seventh for assist-to-turnover ratio at 3.07. He ranks in the top 75 for scoring as well coming in 68th.
Stevens recorded seven double-doubles on the year, the second most in the Mountain West. Of the seven double-doubles, six were of the points, assists variety. Stevens scored in double figures every game during the season.
He set the program's record for career assists and single games assists during the season. He now sits at 618 assists for his career and ended up with 13 helpers in the team's senior night win over New Mexico.
