Former Fort Collins High School star Tatum Aragon and the Drake Bulldogs came up short in a 6-5 NCAA Division I softball loss against the Iowa State Cyclones at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, March 25.
The contest was held at Cyclone Sports Complex and marked the first meeting between the two teams this season.
Aragon contributed two hits in four at-bats.
The Bulldogs are set to play their next game Friday, March 27, at Ron Buel Field against the Evansville Purple Aces.
