At 1 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 22, former Loveland High School standout Emma Case helped lead the CSU Pueblo ThunderWolves to a 4-3 victory over the Chadron State Eagles in NCAA Division II softball action.
The matchup unfolded at CSC Softball Field and marked the fourth meeting between the two teams this season. Earlier Sunday, Feb. 22, the ThunderWolves fell 17-6 to the Eagles.
Case tallied two hits in four at-bats, scoring three runs, driving in five and drawing one walk.
The ThunderWolves are set to play again Saturday, Feb. 28, at 12 p.m. against the Black Hills State Yellow Jackets at Rawlings Softball Complex.
