Former Fossil Ridge High School standout McKenna James helped lead the CSU Pueblo ThunderWolves to a 6-2 victory over the Black Hills State Yellow Jackets in their NCAA Division II softball matchup, held Saturday, Feb. 28, at 12 p.m.
Saturday’s game, played at Rawlings Softball Complex, marked the first time these teams met this season.
James contributed one hit in four at-bats during the win.
The ThunderWolves are set to face Black Hills State again on Saturday, Feb. 28, at 2 p.m. at Rawlings Softball Complex.
